LOMUCO COMMUNITY BETA

Terms of Use

Operated by Lomuco LLC.

Effective October 27, 2026. Policy version: 2026-10-27.

These terms describe use of Lomuco at lomuco.com, a platform for musicians, bands, solo acts, and venues to discover one another and organize music opportunities. Questions can be sent to musicianssupport@lomuco.com.

1. Who can use an account

The current beta is for adults age 18 or older in the United States. Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and keep your password private. You must have authority to represent an act or venue and to grant another member access to its profile. Do not impersonate another person or business.

One account may manage separate musician, act, and venue profiles. A personal musician profile does not automatically give you authority over an act. Owners choose which existing members may manage their act or venue; invited managers must accept.

2. Profiles, content, and conduct

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You give Lomuco permission to store, copy, resize, and display it as necessary to provide the features you use. Public profiles, listings, and uploads may be viewed or copied by other people. Only submit material you have permission to share, including music, photographs, logos, and other people’s information.

Do not use Lomuco for fraud, harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, spam, copyright infringement, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass account restrictions. Do not post passwords, identity documents, bank details, or information you need to keep confidential. Contact support about suspected infringement or harmful content and identify the relevant page or profile.

Profiles, gigs, and musician wanted notices require review before publication. Editing an approved listing can return it to review. Review is not a background check, endorsement, identity guarantee, or assurance that a member is qualified or safe.

3. Shared profiles and messages

Owners and accepted managers share their profile’s inbox and may access earlier conversations, applications, booking offers, and unavailable-date blocks. Managers can propose and confirm bookings for that profile. Only invite people you trust with that history and authority. Removing a manager ends their current access, but cannot recall information they previously copied.

Messages are stored by the service and are not end-to-end encrypted. Blocking applies between the selected profiles. A confirmed message report shares the selected message and up to five earlier messages with moderators. Other support or moderation requests may require additional context from you.

4. Applications, offers, and shows

Applying, shortlisting, saving a profile, or exchanging messages does not confirm a booking. A booking becomes confirmed in Lomuco when authorized representatives of both the act and venue agree to the same offer revision. Revised offers need renewed agreement. Do not agree to terms unless you have authority to commit your team.

The act and venue are responsible for their agreement, payment, taxes, licensing, insurance, safety, equipment, accessibility, performance obligations, and any cancellation or refund arrangements. Lomuco provides coordination tools; it does not employ performers, collect show fees, guarantee payment or attendance, or provide escrow.

Check the date, time zone, load-in, performance, load-out, pay, equipment, and cancellation terms carefully. A pending offer does not reserve a date. Conflict checks cover the relevant Lomuco act and venue profiles, their confirmed bookings, and unavailable blocks entered for them. They do not automatically include outside calendars, travel, or a musician’s other acts.

To reschedule a confirmed booking, coordinate with the other team, cancel the old record, and agree to a new offer. A calendar download is a snapshot and does not update automatically. A change in an application or message does not change a confirmed booking. Keep your own copies of important terms and check the site for updates. Optional activity email alerts can be delayed and do not replace checking your workspaces.

5. Beta availability and pricing

The current beta is free and does not collect subscription payment details or automatically charge members. Pro pricing describes proposed future offerings. Complimentary access to a Pro preview does not create a paid subscription or authorize automatic conversion.

Features may change or be interrupted during the beta. Lomuco does not promise that any member will find work, a bandmate, or a suitable venue. Verify the information you rely on and maintain an alternative way to reach your booking counterpart.

6. Moderation and leaving

Signed-in members can use Account & Privacy for support instructions and email links for data copies, corrections, and account closure. Contact support directly if you cannot sign in.

Lomuco may remove content or restrict access to address abuse, security issues, violations of these terms, or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a decision was mistaken. Archiving a profile removes its public listing; it is not the same as permanently deleting account data or cancelling a booking.

For account closure, correction, export, or deletion requests, email support from your account address. We may need to verify that you control the account and clarify the scope, including shared team records and existing commitments. The Privacy Notice explains data handling and retention.

7. Questions and changes

Contact musicianssupport@lomuco.com about these terms or the service. The effective date and policy version appear at the top of this page. New signup records the policy version accepted by the member. Material policy or paid-service changes need an appropriate notice and consent process before they take effect.
